The team has collectively led, structured, or advised on more than $20 billion of real estate development and investment projects with repeat experience across entitlement execution, acquisition structuring, and development feasibility.

Our Role
In this role, ELC often functions as an off-balance-sheet entitlement partner to institutional developers and builders. By assuming entitlement complexity and pre-development risk, ELC enables partners to deploy capital later in the project lifecycle, preserve balance sheet flexibility, and focus resources on construction and operations. This structure delivers entitlement certainty and speed to market without requiring institutional partners to internalize early-stage regulatory exposure.
